Faster run/walk, resist (fire and lightning is most important).Amulett: Rare with + to sorc skills, fcr and/or +to all resist. If you are low on mana the +40% mana will make you happy.Boots: Anything you can find with any or all of the following. +1 to fireskills, regenerate mana 25% and more important 20% fcr.Alt. Not great but usable and fairly easy to find.Gloves: Magefist. *if my memory serves me normal mephisto drops this quite often.Belt: Nightsmoke: 10% all resist and 20 to mana. 15% frw (faster run/walk) and +20 to both vitality and energy makes this helmet an easy choise for low levels.
156 strenght on a sorc is really overkill and the tradeoff in vitality is to great.Faster cast rate really helps you even if you are using timed spells. Just keep harvesting mephisto, andariel and the countess once you are strong enough to do so and you will find this stuff.I really advice against using the spirit runeword in a shield. This equippment will take you through hell and back and is fairly easy to find. If you are low on mana use one ring with +to mana.Well, thats it.
